400;\">\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4fdd\u62a4\u5de5\u4eba\u4e0d\u88ab\u9519\u8bef\u5206\u7c7b\uff0c\u9519\u8bef\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\u96c7\u5458\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u83b7\u5f97\u672a\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u5de5\u8d44\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u88ab\u62d2\u7edd\u7684\u798f\u5229\u3002<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u72ec\u7acb\u627f\u5305\u4eba\u53d7\u5230\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u81ea\u7531\u804c\u4e1a\u8005\u4e0d\u662f\u514d\u8d39\u7684<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span center;\"><b>\u4e86\u89e3\u4f60\u7684\u6743\u5229<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>\u5bf9\u4e00\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u975e\u6cd5\u5c06\u4f60\u9519\u8bef\u5730\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u627f\u5305\u5546\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u96c7\u5458\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\u7684\u6210\u672c\u66f4\u4f4e\u3002<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span 400;\">\u96c7\u4e3b\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u4e3a\u72ec\u7acb\u627f\u5305\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u52a0\u73ed\u8d39\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8d44\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5de5\u4eba\u88ab\u5212\u5206\u4e3a\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u627f\u5305\u5546\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u96c7\u5458\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u652f\u4ed8\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u9669\u548c\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u7a0e\u3001\u5931\u4e1a\u4fdd\u9669\u3001\u4f24\u6b8b\u4fdd\u9669\u548c\u5de5\u4f24\u4fdd\u9669\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5bf9\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\u4e0d\u5f53\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5927\u95ee\u9898&#8212;\u5b83\u5265\u593a\u4e86\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u5de5\u8d44\u548c\u798f\u5229\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5de5\u8d44\u548c\u798f\u5229\u4f9d\u636e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u662f\u5e94\u8be5\u4ed6\u4eec\u5e94\u5f97\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u975e\u6cd5\u7684\u9519\u8bef\u5206\u7c7b\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u627f\u5305\u5546\uff0c\u4f60\u5c06\u53d7\u5230\u8054\u90a6\u3001\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5dde\u548c\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n <span id=\"definition-independent-contractor\" class=\"sta-anchor \" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>\u5b9a\u4e49\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u627f\u5305\u5546<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8c01\u89c6\u4e3a\u72ec\u7acb\u627f\u5305\u4eba\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u662f\u590d\u6742\u7684\uff0c\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u51e0\u4e2a\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u5c0f\u65f6\u5de5\u8d44\u6cd5\u4ee5\u4fdd\u62a4\u96c7\u5458\u4e0d\u53d7\u96c7\u4e3b\u7684\u6b3a\u8bc8\uff0c\u201c\u96c7\u5458\u201d\u4e00\u8bcd\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u89e3\u91ca\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6709\u51e0\u4e2a\u56e0\u7d20\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e86\u72ec\u7acb\u627f\u5305\u4eba\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e1a\u52a1\u4e2d\u4f60\u4f1a\u5411\u516c\u4f17\u5ba3\u4f20\u4f60\u7684\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u6253\u5370\u4f60\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u540d\u7247\uff0c\u96c7\u4f63\u5176\u4ed6\u5458\u5de5\uff0c\u652f\u4ed8\u4f60\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e13\u95e8\u7684\u8fdc\u79bb\u4f60\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u4e0d\u4f1a\u88ab\u8ba4\u505a\u662f\u96c7\u5458\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5f97\u5230\u4e00\u4efd\u85aa\u6c34\uff0c\u6309\u5c0f\u65f6\u652f\u4ed8\u62a5\u916c\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u4f60\u5728\u672a\u6765\u7684\u4f63\u91d1\u4e2d\u8d5a\u4e86<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e00\u7b14.\uff08\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u507f\u8fd8\u672a\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u4f63\u91d1\uff09\uff0c\u4f60\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u4e00\u540d\u96c7\u5458\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span 400;\">\u5728\u51b3\u5b9a\u5de5\u4eba\u662f\u72ec\u7acb\u627f\u5305\u5546\u8fd8\u662f\u96c7\u5458\u65f6\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4f1a\u8003\u8651\u8bb8\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u56e0\u7d20\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u5458\u5de5\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u96c7\u5458\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u51e0\u4e4e\u4f60\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6536\u5165\u90fd\u6765\u81ea\u4e00\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight:
